Actress Jessica Alba and her estranged spouse, Cash Warren, have secured a buyer for their “dream” Beverly Hills, CA, abode—offloading the stunning home for $18.2 million, just two months after they put it on the market amid their ongoing divorce.

Alba and Warren, who split in December 2024 after 16 years of marriage, purchased the stunning mansion for $9.9 million in 2017. It was their primary residence for many years, where they raised their three children: Honor, 16, Haven, 13, and Hayes, 7.

However, the duo made the decision to part ways with the mansion in April, just a few weeks after Alba, 44, confirmed on Instagram that the couple had made the decision to “embark on a new chapter of growth … as individuals.”

Addressing rumors of marital tensions between herself and her spouse, Alba stated: “I’ve been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years—both as an individual and in partnership with Cash. I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”

Alba soon filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences and listing the date of separation as Dec. 27, 2024, according to People magazine.

Alba and Warren, who wed in May 2008, listed the home for $18.99 million, however property records indicate that they accepted an offer just shy of that, selling the dwelling for a total of $18.2 million.

The official closing date is listed as June 27, although the identity of the buyer has not yet been revealed.

It marks a heartbreaking milestone for the actress, who once described the property as her “dream home” during an interview with Architectural Digest in June 2019.

She and Warren were overjoyed at the idea of watching “our kids grow up” in the home, she told AD.

Sitting on 1.86 acres filled with lush landscaping and mature trees, the home is certainly an idyllic place to raise a family. There’s even a swing set in the backyard and a cozy home theater.

Highlights of the seven-bedroom, 8.5-bath home include a spectacular primary bedroom with a sitting room and a fireplace—as well as a picture-perfect spa bathroom.

In her AD interview, Alba, who was joined by her kids for the video tour of the home, explained that she and Warren had been living in a nearby dwelling when they stumbled across the property—having been hunting for a home that offered more outdoor space where their kids could roam free.

“We wanted a place to watch our kids play and grow up,” she recalled.

Remarkably, she came across the house on the very first day of her hunt, but was disappointed to learn the sellers needed additional time to stage it before putting it on the market.

Undeterred, Alba managed to talk the sellers around, explaining that the bones of the home were exactly what she had been looking for.

“I thought, I have an imagination and I know what I want,” she recalled. “I walked in and knew within 20 minutes, even though [the previous owners’ style] wasn’t our vibe, this was exactly what we were looking for.”

In its original listing, the home was described as an “East Coast-inspired Hamptons traditional masterpiece,” which came with a detached guesthouse that “exuded incredible warmth and charm.”

Alba and Warren embarked on an extensive renovation, which took 18 months and saw the home stripped down to its studs.

They worked closely with the mother-son design team of Kathleen and Tommy Clements, of Clements Design, who were recommended by fellow A-lister Ellen DeGeneres.

However, far from handing over the entire project to the Clements team, Alba took an active role in the design of her new home, picking out furniture and other decor features, including the laundry room flooring.

Real estate agent Kurt Rappaport, who has worked with Tom BradyBrad PittSean “Diddy” CombsDavid Geffen, and Larry Ellison, among others, held the listing, which went live on April 22.

In a bid to protect Alba and Warren’s privacy, the full address of the home was not included in the online details. The description noted that it is located in “an ultra exclusive gated enclave” and offers “sprawling grounds” with “a huge grassy lawn.”

“The home was completely remodeled by Tommy and Kathy Clements who implemented a perfect blend of natural and warm organic materials, reclaimed woods and rare marbles/stone throughout,” the listing added.

It now appears both Alba and Warren are ready to move on to a new chapter in their romantic and real estate journeys in the wake of their split. Warren was seen touring a new bachelor pad in early June alongside a few pals, suggesting that he’s on the hunt for a new place to call home as a single man.

Warren, 46, was photographed leaving an open house at a six-bedroom dwelling in Sherman Oaks, CA. It’s unclear whether he made an offer on the dwelling; however, records indicate that the home is currently pending sale.

The property, which was listed for $6.5 million, sits on a half-acre and features a number of “bespoke” design details, according to the listing. They include custom hand-built cabinetry “in every room” as well as a “sophisticated” chef’s kitchen and a state-of-the-art sound system that can play music throughout the property.
